How do I place an Order?

Placing an order is easy. You can place the order online. You can check out as a guest or create an account to keep a history of your orders and track orders easily.

You can also call us and place the order over the phone. Our main number is 561-367-0320.

For large orders or if you want to have payment terms, please call us and we will send you a credit application. Once the account is setup in our system, you will be able to place orders sending us a PO via email.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don't need to create an account to place an order. You can check out as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account to keep a record or your orders placed and also to track your order easily.

How do I track my order?

If you created an account, you can login to your account and track your order.

In addition, once the order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

If you don't receive an email from us, you can always call us at 561-367-0320.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel or change an order at any time before it ships. After the order ships, you will need to receive the product and then contact us for an RMA (Return Material Authorization). If you return an item without an RMA, you will not receive a credit for the order.

Approved returns are subject to restocking fees which vary by product.

What is your return policy?

Contact us prior to returning any material in order to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA). All requests for refunds, returns, or exchanges must be made within thirty (30) days of delivery. Returns must be in saleable condition and in the original packaging with all of the original hardware and documentation. Approved returns are subject to restocking fees which vary by product.

We accept all major credit cards.

If you have an account with payment terms, you can pay via ACH, check or wire transfer.

Is buying online safe?

Your personal privacy and online security are among our top concerns. We have taken every precaution necessary to ensure a safe shopping experience. This includes the use of strong SSL encryption on all of our checkout pages and routine system audits to ensure server and shopping cart security.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within the continental United States of America. For international orders, we can ship to a freight forwarder of your choosing.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

If the product is in stock, your order will ship within 24 hrs of being placed. Weekend and holidays are excluded. The time to get your package will depend on the shipping method selected.
